Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee, Cancellations, Returns, and Damages
We want you to be completely satisfied with any item you buy from us.
If for whatever reason you aren't, simply call or email us within 14 days of purchase and then post the item back to us.
When we receive your item we will credit your charge card for your original purchase price less any shipping charges.
Your item needs to be in the same condition you received it with the box and packaging intact.
Please repack it properly so it doesn't get damaged in transit and we advise insuring it for its full value but we leave that decision entirely up to you.

Please note: Sale items and Special Orders are non-returnable.

Order Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, your credit card will not be charged.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus our shipping cost upon its return and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Orders which are refused at delivery will be refunded the purchase price minus all the shipping costs we incur to and from your address.


SIMPLE EXAMPLES OF THE ABOVE TERMS IN THE US
Example 1
You order a $48.00 teapot and pay $8.00 for UPS ground shipping for a total of $56.00.
When it arrives you don't like the color and wish to return it. You email us that you are returning it. When it arrives we inspect it and then issue you a refund for $48.00.
Example 2
You order a more costly teapot at $150.00 which enjoys free shipping in the US. You don't like this one either and decide to return it. You lets us know again, UPS it back and when it returns we refund you the $150.00
Example 3
You haven't given up and order yet a third teapot but before we ship it you realise that it isn't the right size and you call us to cancel the order. As we haven't shipped it we haven't charged your card so no refund is necessary.
Example 4
You call us to discuss your teapot needs and we are able to help you get just the right size and color. We ship it out and wait to hear what you think.
You email us that it is perfect and I breath a large sigh of relief.

Getting it right is seldomn this involved but we have done repeat shipments in the past to get a customer the item they really want and like.

Damages
In the unlikely event of damage to your order please do the following:
1.Save the box and all the packing materials and the broken item
2.Call or email us that you have breakage so that we may arrange for a replacement to be sent or a refund to be made whichever you prefer.
3. Hold onto the box, packing, and broken item for ten days as UPS or the post office may wish to pick-up your package for inspection
4. We will let you know as soon as they tell us the status of our insurance claim which allows us to dispose of the broken item.
5. We can normally ship a replacement out the day after you call us depending on the stock availability.
6. If you still have questions please call us ; we will be happy to help as we want the problem solved as quickly as possible.
7. Please, never as in NEVER return a broken item to us unless we request it.
